Pink & Girly @ LCI

Good morning blogland its time for a new challenge over at
and today Catherine hosts her first challenge for us and what a fabulous theme

PINK & GIRLY

Lol there's some ladybugs that went into meltdown over this one!
I've gone a bit 'Pink & Grey & Girly' as I just had to use this fabby paper from Echo Park. I actually bought another of these pads just so I could use the first one?!?!?! I've used Slobbing Nikki available HERE and a bit of feather makes it quite girly I thought! So many of my friends are ill I decided to make this into a Get Well card.
And inside..
I drew around the outside of my nesties and hand cut them to make thinner mats.

Head over to the main challenge blog for all the details of this challenge and some really girly inspiration from the DT.
Remember you don't have to use an LCI image to join in, but we love it when you do!
Don't forget to check out the all the winners from last week, there were so many prizes up for grabs its a long list of winners!!

Thanks for stopping by today, my comments have been few and far between for the last couple of days, I'll be back round to visit you anytime after tomorrow when things should be back to normal - well normal for me!

Chicken Soup @ MAWTT

OMG! How late am I this week!
I'm writing this post as quick as I can to make the challenge time, now I know how the White Rabbit felt, at this point the card you are about to see isn't finished, it has no inside but I plan on getting it done PDQ and editing my post.

So onto this weeks challenge at
and this week our little Shell has chosen

GET WELL SOON

Honestly I know so many people who have been ill I need to make at least a dozen of these! (bit of a joke as I haven't even managaed to finish this one!)
Once again I have been inspired by the now infamous MARY J. I saw this image on her blog and fell in love, Mary you are costing me a fortune!
The image is now one of my favourite! Its called Chicken Soup and its from Bugaboo. I swear by chicken soup when I'm not well. The flowers are a die cut from Dienamics and all the shapes are Nesties.
Edited to show inside!
I got it done at last! and this is now on its way to my poorly friend.

We have a lovely new sponsor
The prize is a $10 voucher to spend in store.

Please head over to the main challenge blog if you haven't come from there and check out all the inspiration from the fabby DT and GDT.

Thanks for stopping by today, I'm sorry its a quickie, going back to work has thrown me into chaos!

Gillian, Corry and Claudia Rosa

Hello my lovely bloggers thank you for taking the time to stop by my blog today and have a look around I hope the sun is shining and all is well with you.
Today I want to share with you a card I have made purely for Corry and her whopping candy blog post. Corry is celebrating 2 years in blogland and has a massive candy to give away. She is about to go back to work after maternity leave and as Corry is a nurse I thought Gillian from Prairie Fairy was the perfect image to use for her card.
Claudia Rosa from Pretty Pressings came up with a fabulous sketch just for Corry and this is my interpretation.
The papers are Kaiserkraft and I thought had the look of a chart, the flowers are from Wild Orchid Craft with the exception of the green one which is Magnolia. I have used a nestie, rub ons for the sentiment and ribbon from my stash. I used some glossy accents on Gillian's glasses.

I would like to enter this into the following challenges.
Stamp Something Cream & Green
Crafty Catz Yellow & Green
Allsorts Luck O' The Irish/Green
Creative Card Crew Green
Fab 'n' Funky All Things Green
