'Lots Of Layers' at Oldie But Goodie

Good morning bloggers, thank you for stopping by today I hope you all had a glorious long weekend for the bank holiday and all managed to do something fun, relaxing or if you were away camping - that your tent managed to stay up!

It's DT time for me again over at
and this week my lovely teamie DEBS has asked to see
LOTS OF LAYERS
Pop over to the main challenge blog for all the details of the fabulous prize up for grabs and to check out what the amazing Design Team has come up with for your inspiration.

For my card I've been missing my beloved Tilda and this little girl hadn't seen any ink since I bought her so I decided to change that pronto and this image was perfect for a Thank You card for my friend
The gorgeous papers are MME Stella Rose and Mabel, I have to thank my friend Pami for getting me into these, she makes great card after great card with MME papers.
The flowers are WOC and Magnolia, the silk ribbon is from the Ribbon Girl and I used my Magnolia Doo Hickey Die for the half circle. (Something else that has hardly had an outing!)
REMEMBER - You must use a rubber stamp (not a digi) and it must be at least 6 months old

I would like to enter this into the following challenges:
Diva's By Design  - One For The Girls
Truly Scrumptious - Anything Goes
Paper Play - Blossoms and Blooms
Stamp Something - Use A Sentiment
Just Magnolia  - Friends

Now today is a bit special, I'm on two Design Teams and the leaders of both have a birthday today so I would like to wish
Francecsa and Hazel
a great big
HAPPY BIRTHDAY

Thank you for looking and to those that do, for commenting - It really makes my day!
I'll see you all with lots of layers
Love 'n' Hugs Laurie x

Hi Laurie, hope you had a nice time in Crete,

Wow! This is gorgeous! You have coloured Tilda beautifully. Love the colour combo, doily, flowers - love everything! Oh, you made me laugh so much when you said you sometimes have to slap yourself to avoid putting stuff in every corner!! Me too!

Anyway, this looks just perfect!

I LOVE this stamp too! I made my VERY FIRST (well almost first- more like 3rd or something) Tilda card with this stamp! You have done her justice with your coloring and those papers! Perfect! Stunning layout with those flowers placed just so!
