Moving Along With Luck!

Good morning bloggers, hopefully you are reading this and I'm on my way to the bright lights and big city of London! My friend bought me tickets to see 'Priscilla Queen of the Desert' for Christmas, so its a swanky lunch at the Savoy Grill, shopping, theatre and party party party...

It's DT time again for me over at Moving Along With The Times and this week the lovely Pami has chosen the theme
'GOOD LUCK' We are sponsored this week by
Stockists of beautiful card making and scrapbooking goodies including stunning papers, buttons, ribbon, lace, pins, 6 x 6 paper pads, punches, flowers etc. Gorgeous Bo Bunny, My Mind's Eye, Martha Stewart, Echo Park, May Arts, Molly Blooms, FancyPants, Prima and many more!!!

The prize is a £10 Gift Voucher
Because nothing is stamped on my card this week it feels kind of strange for me! It's only since I've been blogging that I've stamped almost every card I've made, so this back to my beginnings LOL
I have used some fabulous papers from Creative Imaginations that have been in my stash for years along with the chipboard shapes. I painted the letters with my acrylic dabbers added a horseshoe charm and some ribbon and apart from some matting and layering thats about it. Nice and easy as I'm swamped under wedding invitations!
Be sure to head over to MAWTT and check out what the fab Design Team of Hazel, Brenda, Lisa, Shell and Pami have created for your inspiration this week.
I am entering this card into the following challenges
Allsorts Luck O The Irish

Thanks for stopping by to have a look

Hi Laurie,

I love this one - the design and the bold colour combo are fantastic! Great idea for Good Luck card! I love the little Horseshoe hung on the U !!! fab idea!

I know what you mean about stamping. I have a couple of cards I want to make without a stamp image and you feel lost and don't know what to put on it as main feature. I think it's good to change the format once in a while though - keeps us on our toes LOL

Love 'n' Hugs

p.s. Hope you have a great London trip and enjoy the show!!

I just love this card Laurie, so bold and well designed. Love how you have used the paper and chipboard pieces, it all fits together so well.

I hope you are having a brilliant time. I've just looked to see where you live and realise you have a bit of a journey, But I am sure it will be well worth it. Looking forward to hearing all about it.

As a child Hunstanton is the place we went for holidays. I haven't been there for many, many years - not sure if I would recognise it now.

Take care.
luv and hugs {brenda} xoxox
