Moving Along With a Squidgi Digi

Morning bloggers and many thanks for visiting me again, I have struggled to post during the holidays but hopefully things will settle down a bit for a while, though I do have two mini breaks coming up soon, one to Italy and the other to a friends wedding in a Greek Island (I'm thinking Mama Mia!)
It's Thursday already so that means DT time for me over at  Moving Along With The Times and this week the lovely Pami has made it nice and easy for us with her theme of
Anything Goes
We are sponsored by the absolutely fantastic Stamp Man and they are giving the winner this beautiful set of Hero Arts Clear Stamps
Now on to my card for today. I have used an amazing fun image from a new young designer Bethany Coe whose images are now available at Squidgi Digi  at very reasonable prices, check them out for yourself, they are great fun to colour.
My papers have been kicking around my craft room for ages, they are from DCWV Retro stack and I thought they suited this groovy camper girl, who incidentally is the subject of a competition to give her a name, click HERE to enter. My ticket sentiment is from Whimsy, the flowers Prima and Petaloo and the seam binding is from Ribbon Girl. Sticky pearls and gems are from my stash.
Don't forget to head over to MAWTT challenge blog to check out what the amazing Design Team have created for your inspiration and head over to Squidgi  Digi for all things groovy!

I would like to enter this into the following challenges:
Simon Says Stamp - Anything Goes
Bling It On - Digi and Bling
Crafty Catz - Childrens Cards

Thank you for looking and enjoy the wedding tomorrow if your invited lol!

Birthday Bling

Hello blogland thank you for stopping by my liitle corner of the the craft world today. As it's bank holiday weekend I hope you are all doing something fantastic!! I'm at work so not too exciting for me lol
Today I want to share with you a card I made for Lisa for her birthday, she should have it by now so I won't be spoiling her surprise.
This is my first card with the super Kenny K images, they will soon be a favourite of mine as they are great to work with. Once again I can't believe I haven't used them sooner.
The beautiful paper is just as good to touch as it is to look at, it's all furry and gorgeous and from Anna Griffin. The image is called Bling Baby and I'm not sure that it shows up too well in the picture but all her jewellery and belt is glittered with black and gold MS glitter and I think in real life looks fab! The little 'hugs heart' is Making Memories and the chip board letters are Heidi Grace.

I would like to enter this into the following challenges:
Bling It On - A Digi Stamp & Bling
ABC - S is for Sparkle
Sir Stampalot - Ladies & Fashion
Kenny K Challenge  - Anything Goes

Have a lovely long weekend everyone

Moving Along With Recycling

Good Morning bloggers and isn't it just with all the lovely weather. It's been beautiful here in Sunny Hunny and the sunshine is very good for business!! Forgive me for not visiting you all so much it will quieten down after the Bank Holidays and normal services will be resumed lol.
It's Thursday again already which means DT time for me over at Moving Along With The Times and this week the lovely Lisa my Blogging Buddy has chosen the theme
'Recycle'
as tomorrow is 'Earth Day' (said in my best alien voice) All our new team members are joining us proper today so please head over to the main challenge blog for links to their blogs.
We are sponsored this week by Ladybug Crafts Ink and the winner gets a stamp of their choice (lots to choose from - and trust me you''ll want them all)
We were given some lovely images to play with and I chose 'Cheeky Jack' I just love him - I love kids with a bit of character lol
I'm not too good at this recycling thing, (unlike the fabulous Lisa as you'll see when you check out her make for this challenge) I struggled with what to use and I'd been telling my lovely Son to pack away all the free CD's that were piling up on the coffee table from his PS magazines. I don't think he has noticed that he has one less lol I also added some recycled buttons one a little prematurely as it was still attached to my cardi when I spotted it was a perfect match!
This was really hard to photograph as I kept getting my reflection holding the camera in the CD (not something that added to my card) The scrummy paper is 3 bugs in a rug.
Don't forget to head over to MAWTT to check out what the fabby design team have recycled and also Ladybugs Craft Ink our fabulous sponsor for some fantastic goodies with superfast service!

I would like to enter this card into the following challenges:
Craft Your Passion - You've Been Spotted
Cupcake Craft - Lots Of Layers
Ladybugs Crafts Ink - Anything Goes
Creative Card Crew - Recycle Something
Papertake Weekly  - Spots 'n' Stripes
Charisma Cardz.  - Jokes & Laughter
Bunny Zoes  - One For the Boys

Thank you for looking and to those that do for commenting

Last but by no means least I would like to wish my lovely friend

YeeHaw A Post At Last!

Good Morning blogland so much for me being a better blogger this week! Where does all the time go?  I was determined to get a post up before my DT post tomorrow so this is a really quick make.

I've used one of my lovely Tilda's that hasn't seen the light of day since I bought her last year and the paper is also Magnolia. I painted around all the edges with White Crackle paint. The flowers are WOC, a couple of hat pins and some satin ribbon and thats about it!

I'd like to enter this into the following challenges:

Totally Tilda - Tilda from around the world
Just Magnolia - Happy Birthday
All That Scraps - Marvelously Magnolia
Stamptacular Sunday - Magnolia-licious
The Ribbon Girl - Red White & Blue

Thank you for looking and I'll be back tomorrow.

Moving Along With Some Mint Choc Chip

Good morning all and thank you for stopping by my little blog this morning. I have been a bad blogger this past week and I will try much harder this next week to get more done. I have a couple of new followers who I would like to thank for joining me, welcome Ladies.
I did have a meeting with the fabulous Lisa from Mess2Magic last weekend she is an amazing lady who is so much fun, I didn't want her to go home!! As I was working Lisa was helping me and we had her making Candy Floss in no time!
Thursday already this week means its DT time for me over at Moving Along With The Times and this week is really special for me as the gorgeous girls over there have let me set the theme for this weeks challenge. As its Easter and I've been dieting for the last month I've been fantasizing about
'Chocolate'
so that's the theme for my very first challenge. I'm going to get my chocolate fix from your cards!
We are sponsored this week by Stichy Bear Stamps who are offering the winner a whopping $10 voucher to spend in their store
We also have 4 new members to welcome into our little Design Team Family, Debs, Kitty, Sylvia and Val please check out their individual blogs when you get chance and head over to the MAWTT main blog for inspiration from our uber talented DT team.

We were given some images to play with this week and Lisa named my card Mint Choc Chip!
I followed an old sketch from Friday Sketchers I couldn't find a name on it sorry. The gorgeous papers are from the Prima Madeline 6x6 paper pad. The lush brown double ruffle ribbon is from Ladybug Crafts Ink, the mint spotty ribbon is from American Crafts and the flowers are also Prima, I used the Magnolia lace border die and some sticky pearls. The image is raised with sticky foam pads.
I hope that you all join me this week on my first challenge, I can't wait to see what you create!

I would like to enter this card into the following challenges:

Moving Along With A Sketch By Hazel

Good morning blogland it's Thursday already (this week is flying) and that means DT time again for me over at Moving Along With The Times
Before I get on to this weeks challenge I need to remind everyone you still have a few days to enter our DT call, we are looking to increase our little family by two so why not come and join us, it's the best thing I ever did, my teamies are so friendly, check out the challenge blog for details.

Right this weeks challenge is a sketch by our team leader Hazel
We are sponsored this week by
The prize is a whopping £10 voucher to spend in store

Be sure to head over to Moving Along With The Times to check out what the fab design team of Hazel, Brenda, Lisa, Shell, Pami and Kelli have created with Hazel's sketch for your inspiration and don't forget to get your entries in to join us.
For my card I have used a Tilda from last year, I'm sorry I can't remember her title, I made the classic mistake of stamping her sitting on nothing and realised just in time, so I cut her out and 3D'd her onto the log (which is also a Magnolia stamp). The fabby papers are MME, they are such lovely quality I didn't want to cut them up! The satin ribbon is from The Ribbon Girl and the flowers are  either WOC or Magnolia I can't remember lol. The whole thing has been distressed with Walnut Stain Distress Ink.

I would like to enter Tilda into the following challenges
Just Magnolia - Anything Goes
Papertake Weekly - Anything Goes
Paper Sundae - Spring Blossoms
ABC - Ribbon
7 Kids College Fund  - Seeing Spots

Thank you for looking and to those that do, for commenting. I'll see you all over at MAWTT
