Ahoy There its all Things Nautical @ MAWTT

Hello again my lovely friends, I'm finally catching up with my DT commitments but still a little behind visiting you all! It's my Mum's birthday tomorrow so I'm off to Leicester later today for a couple of days, so I still won't get straight to you!

I'm here today as its a brand new challenge at

MOVING ALONG WITH THE TIMES

and this week our lovely new Leesa (The Navy Wife)

has chosen a very topical theme for her challenge

Nautical

I really enjoyed this one and got another chance to play with my favourite Magnolia's

Coloured with Copics and Prisma Pencils for a bit of shading, the papers are from Maja Designs, Life By The Sea 6x6 pad which was a present from the very lovely Jill last year.

Are you impressed with my knot tying skills?......don't be.......I didn't do it, my husband did it for me, after a lot of moaning and grunting!! (Makes a change from all the helpful and supportive husbands you all have!)

All my gorgeous Magnolia's (and Copics) come from my favourite shop who just happen to be  this weeks sponsor

Janice and Andy provide the best service in blogland and now my car can find its way there I often find myself calling in! lol

This is the prize they are offering this weeks winner

All the details can be found on the main challenge blog along with some fabulous inspiration from the DT girls, they have really pushed the boat out this week lol (get it? boat- nautical)

If I manage to get my card done for my Mum, I will be back with another post this week - if not - I'm in trouble!

Have a fabulous weekend, I believe its not meant to rain!

Thanks for visiting and a big Hello to my new followers

Love 'n' Hugs Laurie xx
