Well hello strangers!! I have been away sooooooooo long I'm missing everything about blogging, all my lovely friends out there and most of all creating, as there has been no time for that either.

It's been a little crazy at the Seaside this August but as the children head back to school in the UK in a couple of weeks I can see the light at the end of the tunnel!!

It's my birthday today - I can't believe I'm 51 now!! And as I have been promising for so long I have a sweet little birthday candy for you, but first I have a bit of 'housework' to do on my blog!!

I met Mandy & Mandy earlier in the year when Pam and I went up north to visit Lisa and we are going back in October for a 'Blog Girls Day' and to visit the Harrogate show

Shape Up @ MAWTT

Good Morning folks its time for a brand new challenge at

MOVING ALONG WITH THE TIMES

and this week the lovely LEESA is in charge and she would like us all to

Shape Up!

Well I certainly need to but fortunately for now its just my card that has to!!

This is a commissioned card I made a while ago. After seeing the twins card I made for Jake (yes his Mum won the name game) and Ella, I was asked to make another twin card, this time for two boys and as I love that image I used last time so much I went with it again.

This time I cut my card shape using X Cut dies and embellished the whole thing (last time you may remember I left it CAS). I have to say I'm happy with both even though they are so different! The papers are DCWV and the 'precious' is from WRMK its a kind of chipboard sticker  but its a bit thicker. All my flowers are from WOC and my nylon butterfly is from a £1 shop. I added a little button shaped like a dummy in with the flowers, you can just see it poking out the bottom corner.

Mid Challenge Reminder @ LCI

Morning Guys, I was so late with my DT card for the current challenge over at

For my card I used the fantabulous Golfing Magnum & Lily
 available HERE

This is the first time I have tried colouring in the entire image with Prisma Pencils and as to the verdict?  - well the jury is still out!! 

The lucious papers are Making Memories Brooke and all my flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts. The little golf ball is a flat back button.

As for me well I've been a rubbish blogger lately but the end of our summer season is in sight and hopefully I will be back to visiting my lovely blog friends really soon!

Hello folks - I'm struggling a bit here with trying to keep up to date with my DT cards while working 7 days a week and all my good work of getting ahead has been caught up!
Just got this one done by the skin of my teeth!

You can never have too many! I hope mine haven't forgotten me in my absence.

This cute little image is actually a fairly new purchase but my paper is really old so I still qualify! Lulu and her little sister are from Kraftin Kimmie Stamps and I adore them!! The papers are the last few sheets from my Echo Park Be Mine pad but don't fear I bought a spare pad when I cut into the first few sheets! lol

The sentiment is a mixture of rub ons which also have been knocking around my craft room for a while (read years), the ribbon does actually match a lot more in real life - not sure what happened in this photo. I coloured with Copics and flowers are from WOC.

 I have to confess that as I have been busy at work this card isn't finished! The inside is still blank and I had cut a fabby little sandcastle out on the Circut already to add but no time to do it lately!

The Blue Fairy GDT

Hello again lovely people, please don't think I've forgotten you all, we have all been working 18 hours a day and I just can't find 10 minutes to catch up with anything blogwise!

This is another scheduled post and  I'm sneaking in an extra post today
as I was asked a while ago to GD at

as I won a challenge and this time the theme is

and here is my contribution!

I totally love  this Sugar Nellie image - Pippi Longsocks - I used it a few weeks ago and couldn't resist using it again. The papers are a fabulous colour blue from Maja and I gave everything a dabbing with my white paint dabber and her wings a sprinkling of glamour dust!

A little peek inside..

The message stickers are 'Chit Chatter' from Tim Holtz and the die cuts Magnolia Doo Hickeys. I hadn't rolled any roses for ages lately but now I'm on a 'roll' again and can't stop!! I used Hi Tack glue this time to secure them and it was soooooooooooo much easier!
